We need people who are self-motivated and team players, good in following skills of which are English both oral and written, communication and interpersonal, and computer skills, to join us in a competitive environment for the following position:
HR Coordinator (Code: Pers1)
Requirements:
- Maximum age 35 years old.
- Hold a Bachelor Degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
- At least 5 years experience in related field, preferable in manufacturing company.
- Possesses sufficient knowledge in HR area, especially in labor regulation, industrial relation and HR administration.
- Has successful experience in dealing with all level of staffs, including subordinates and senior managers.
- Good in leadership, communication, innovation and team work.
- Willing to be posted in Cibitung area.
