Material Coordinator (Code: Mtrl Cord)
Responsibilities:
- Planning , ordering and controlling the delivery of raw materials to the batching plants according to demand forecast sufficient for round the clock production.
- Form effective working relationships with suppliers and transporters to ensure materials stocks at batching plants are optimized
- Monitor Quarry sources and alternative supply sources opportunities for the company to optimize mix design efficiency by making regular visit to quarry source areas and depots throughout West Java
- Raise P/Os for materials on a daily basis and forward to suppliers
- Maintain records of p/os and materials receipts in an orderly and presentable fashion
- Assist in the expenditing of goods, equipment, materials, personnel and services to outlaying project plants.
- Including the import of plant and equipment from overseas suppliers and sources through the use of agents
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or management
- Female , Age between 25 -35 years
- At least 3 years experience in supply chain, logistics, PPIC at supervisory level
- Strong Negotiating skills
- Confident and assertive
- Organisational ability and control
- Detailed planning and scheduling
- Self motivated
- Ability to work under pressure
- Prepare to work flexible hours, night time calls
- Good Communication in English both oral and written and Computer Literate
