SALES ASSISTANT - DuPont Crop Protection - Jakarta


Responsibilities:

• Provides day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to Sales Manager and District Sales Managers
• Maintain filling systems, sales documents, contact addresses and other record systems in good order.
• Organize business meetings and handle travel arrangement for Sales & Marketing Team.
• Maintain Capital /Assets database.
• Handle expenses claim for sales team and verified all incoming expenses claim for approval

•     Diploma degree in related discipline
•     Good computer skills.
•     Proficiency in Englis
•     Minimum 2  years experience in similar roles
