Sales and Marketing Manager (SMM)
Responsibilities:
- To achieve the yearly sales targets.
- Planning and organizing sales and marketing activities in order to ensure that the sales growth year-on-year is sustainable and profitable.
- To lead and guide the sales team towards a culture of long term customer relationship, be analytical and professional in their approach and where possible strive for win – win solution
- Accountable for the development and market growth
Requirements:
- Age, min. 30 years old.
- Holding a university degree (S1) from reputable university, majoring, prefer in information technology.
- Demonstrated knowledge of consulting services sales, preferably with IBM/Oracle Software Products and/or ERP products
- Having minimum 5 years experience, especially in managing sales and service division of IT company, with demonstrated levels of success with multi-million dollar projects.
- Competent to deliver technical and value proposition to clients
- Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Strong in Sales & Marketing and having wide network in the information technology business.
