Sales Admin Officer
Job Description:
- Assisting Sales & Marketing for marketing activities (customer contract, filling & handling customer complain)
- Responsible for processing customer order (local & import) and make sure to be delivered/shipped as per the requested schedule.
- Coordinate with production Dept. to produce material for customers
- Responsible to provide weekly & monthly sales report, merchandise stock report
- Follow up outstanding payment customers
Requirements:
- Female
- Holding S1 degree from reputable university.
- Smart, highly self motivated person, good initiative & teamwork, good communication skill and able to work under pressure.
- Having at least 2-3 years related experience.
- Must be able to communicate in English, oral and written.
- Possess knowledge of SAP.
